1977

Establishment as a sole proprietor performing bookkeeping services and filing individual and small busines federal and state tax returns.

1980

Added health care industry, specifically nursing homes both private pay and medicare reimbursement to the organizations discipline.

1983

Entered the construction industry, explicitly construction managers, general contractors, sub contractors and specialty contractors; some being C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships and Sole Proprietors.

1992

Included manufacturing industry, especially foundry and metal job shops concentrating on large and small federal, state and local government contracts.

 1993

Added wholesale distributing, retail construction supply and retail drug store facilities, restaurants and real estate management development firms as well as automotive industries to the repertoire.

1996

Expanded the manufacturing lines to include wood mills encompassing plywood, veneer, flooring, cabinetry, structural and finishing industries.

2012

Due to complexity, volume and growth along with the diversity and mixture of clientelle a Limited Liability Company was formed. 

2015

Moved to a larger facility to help provide greater service.

2020

Awarded "Best of Shawano for Office Admin Services, Management, Financial and Tax consulting".

2021

Due to growth and to offer better customer service opened a new customer service location.
